Story

A newly refurbished hotel located on the picturesque Dean Street, a two minute walk from the famous Charles Grey Monument. The hotel is situated near Newcastle's quayside which is home to an abundance of culture and attractions such as the Baltic and the Sage.

Have booked and paid for our stay next weekend and tried to contact the hotel flights cancelled and in firebreak so not able to go and gutted to read everywhere that the hotel has been closed for months and not refunding people. At a loss at what to do. Terrible customer service.
Good location. Quite a few stairs here and there. Good bar. Lovely staff. Nice rooms. Deep bath that fills quickly. Hot water any time.
Very dirty hotel
Arrived outside to find building locked up, no lights on or anyone inside. No one answering phones when qe tried ringing Left stranded in strange city with nowhere to stay. Extremely stressful for a bride and group of forned on hen party
Despite booking confirmation this hotel is close August 2020. No one to reply to ph I ne/ email and doors locked. Do not book online for this hotel. Would be zero stars if allowed to post that.
Please can anyone tell me if this hotel is open booked and paid for 12th November thank you [email protected] can't get hold of anyone
For the price it is exceptional, staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I will stay there again.
