Great value, clean rooms, easy reach of town centre, which is a lovely 15 minute stroll across the Millennium Bridge. A tad noisy when people arrive back from town, park your car a little further down off the road for free to save £8.50 a day

Amazing staff who were so accommodating when we couldn't get there the day we booked due to a broken down vehicle. Great position in the city and such lovely clean rooms! Just make sure you specify non-feather bedding before you go if you're allergic

Beautiful hotel with great views, the staff were very friendly and helpful and changed us to a better room for my husbands 50th. Bar staff one girl was brilliant,  she was on her own and worked quickly and efficiently.  Will be back.

Unforgettable experience. It was amazing. What a view from my room. Morning as well as night. You can forget all your worries by looking at the river and enjoying the beauty of the nature. With delicious food dinner and breakfast with lot of varieties. Thanks the team to make my day.
