Excellent doing business with Study's Car Centre. Wife and I purchased a new car here. Process for purchasing was easy and quick, including a part exchange. Treated us very well and have very high standards. Simon dealt with us and fixed small minor details that even we couldn't spot! Would recommend to anyone looking to get a new car from here! They also do MOT and services but we haven't used them, yet!

I bought my 2014 Mini Cooper here 7 months ago. Simon the sales man was really professional and honest, they never pressure they customer to buy their car. I was really impressed when he gave me the key to have a look around the car at your own pace and just let them know if you like the car. From car service, warranty and car history is everything on the table and very smooth transaction even by telephone or email.. Keep up the good work guys... Highly recommended. Best car dealer.

We have just recently traded in our previously bought car from Sturdys and whilst both experiences were hassle free I have to say the latest experience was outstanding. Simon was very helpful and gave us the time we needed to complete our decision. After completing the sale Simon kept us informed on when the car would be ready and made sure we had all that was needed ready and waiting with the car. Will no doubt return in the future!

I was very pleased with the service I received at Sturdys, in particular Simon was excellent.  I found a great little car, low mileage and there were a couple of things I wasn't happy with that I noticed the day after I took it home.  I called Simon and without hesitation he told me to bring it back the following weekend and the issues were duly sorted out and I was given a courtesy car in the meantime.  Really pleased with the car and would certainly head back to Sturdy's in the future.

I did not purchase through Sturdys in the end, however, I dealt with Neil and received some of the best customer service I've been on the receiving end of in the nerve-wracking world of car sales. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

Brilliant friendly service  .  Not pushy. Allowed me to browse without hanging on to my shirt tail. Both salesmen helpful knowledgeable and not in your face. Happy for me to test drive the car i was interested in. We arrived at an agreeable deal and I bought the car . It actually felt good to do business with a local independent dealer rather than a big chain. Everything good so far . Hopefully we complete the deal with no hick ups. I bought my Mazda2 here. Simon was excellent and easy to deal with. There were a couple of issues with one of the wing mirrors and the rear wiper which were sorted with no fuss and with easy charm. Very happy with the car and with the customer service.
