I CANNOT agree with the negative reviews on here.  I bought my lovely Astra from Eden Vauxhall (then Skurrays) nearly 3 years ago and dealt with the lovely Adam.  He could not have been more helpful, professional, friendly, well informed and, above all, patient with me - it was a tricky time for me personally but he was absolutely lovely.

I go there every month for the Saturday club (valeting service) and always get a genuinely warm welcome from the team - and of course have my car serviced there.  I would have no hesitation in recommending Eden to family, friends and colleagues alike.  Indeed, I'm seriously contemplating trading in my Astra for another one - just a spec or two up in what I call British Racing Green!!  Please give them a try - I think they're all fab!

One star is to much. My experience of Eden oxford is atrocious. My car is under warranty and had service recently. On Sunday the car broke down due to the coil pack. Vauxhall warranty department does not open on sundays. I was on my way with my daughter to an important university meeting. I called the RAC and they fixed my car with new coil pack cost £162. The next day I went to Vauxhall Eden oxford and was told that they would not reimburse me. They told me that the RAC are not authorised repairers. They then said that I should have been taken to a garage to be repaired. There are no mechanics in Vauxhall on Sunday. The service I have received is none existent. It would appear that if you own a Vauxhall make sure it breaks down when the warranty dept is opened and mechanics  are available at the garage. You would probably still need to book it in for a future date Not good customer service.

Terrible place to buy a car from. had no end of issues and still on going. only had the car for a few months. staff are not helpful avoid at all costs. they had the car to fix only to have it back again with more problems.

Great service when you're actually buying a car, but as soon as they've sold you the car the service isn't shocking. I've been trying to buy a service pack since I got the car 3 months ago and it's still not sorted. They don't return calls or emails, don't seem to care that I'm trying to purchase a product!!

went into vauxhall eden kidlington to px my car for a newer one . treated really well went out of there way as usual . every body brill , 6 th car our family have purchased from kidlington branch and will carry on   kevin smith
