Been using this dealership for servicing and repairs for several years. Always manage to get the car in at short notice when necessary and the work is carried out to a high standard. Prices are very competitive for a main dealer, even tyres are cheaper than any of the local fitters. Called in today for a puncture repair which was done without charge. Highly recommended.

Service department were incompetent at identifying issues took multiple attempts over months to resolve. Have heard stories from a friend about them mixing up their car with another customers and then performing the wrong things on each car!

Felt compelled to write a review after reading the 1 star review from JH. Must have been a different garage to the one I go to. The staff are helpful, friendly and always go out of their way to help. On two occasions they have furnished me with a courtesy car at short notice because of breakdowns. The staff are friendly helpful and courteous at all times.

Even 1 star is generous. They use the zero care approach to everything they do. The showroom should tell you everything you need to know. Shabby, a layer of dust on everything. Customer service is basically non-existant in my experience, and I've taken my car there now twice. Thought the first time was just an off day, but no the second time was probably worse, if possible. Not only were they did they incorrectly diagnose the problem, they showed zero ambition to even try. Service "manager" was condescending. Even the most basic of basic customer service issues of keeping the customer informed, they scored a zero. Just basically a nightmare, and how they stay in business is beyond me.

Visited following a Ford recall letter. Quick and efficient service plus no one badgered me to buy or look at a new car.
