I recently visited Marshall Kidlington with my daughter. We had just experienced an awful situation with a small dealer and found a car online here we liked instead. Instead of booking, we just turned up and asked to talk about a car on their website. We were greeted by Olivia. Wow - what a saleswomen!! She listened to our bad experience and asked a few questions about what my daughter was looking for and said " Don't worry, I will find you a car" She wasn't wrong - she sourced us the perfect car for my daughter and it was on site and ready to view! All with in the spec she wanted, good price range and an even better apr than we were getting elsewhere!! My daughter was over the moon and immediately knew she wanted this car! Test drive was brilliant - insurance was done on the spot - couldn't fault the process! So my daughter then paid a small deposit, filled in the paperwork and we left there extremely happy! We returned today to complete and drive away - the process was smooth and easy! Olivia has been an absolute dream through the whole process, good communication and great explaining the finance options too. All done and dusted and my daughters car was waiting to be unveiled just a brand new car - I love that she got the same treatment as some one spending much more money. We really couldn't of asked for a better process or sales executive - Thanks so much to Olivia Gardner!! I'm even tempted to trade in my car now......
Dan Goffin, that’s the guy you want! We bought a polo from him a year ago and was looking for what was best for us. He’s thorough but not pushy. He’s one of the better salesman I’ve dealt with and is always a pleasure when we meet He helped us with the GTI, it had only come in a couple of days before and got the alloys repaired and MOT, service, the approved used inspection and the valet done in a couple of days due to our availability. He even got it covered as a nice surprise in the showroom. Really lovely guy, he’ll get you the car you want without making you feel obligated Cheers Dan
We bought a VW approved used 2018 T-Roc from Marshall Volkswagen Kidlington on the weekend, and are absolutely thrilled with the car. Luke Brookes, our sales assistant at the dealership was great in listening to all of our requirements, and after test driving both the T-Roc and a Golf, we opted for the T-Roc. My wife loves the higher ride position in the T-Roc and I've been very impressed with all the tech on offer in the infotainment system that comes with the SEL spec level. May it give us plenty of happy motoring miles to come!

Just picked up our new car from Olivia. She has been amazing. From start to finish Olivia has gone above and beyond. I can't recommend her enough if you're thinking of buying a new car. It's been a long road with delivery problems but she was there helping where she could. She even drove to my partners office with paper work when emails wouldn't work. I can honestly say if it wasn't for her tenacity and hard work this deal wouldn't have happened.
Had a very positive experience when buying my new car. It was all done at a distance 350 miles. Luke made the process easy providing me with all the information required and a video of the car. This is my second car bought from Marshall VW. Both times my experiences with this car dealer have been very good. This time, Paul Lally advised me when buying a car. Paul was very helpful and patient. he explained some ambiguities to me and solved the case of the missing key for me. He offered me a car on rational terms and did not try to stretch for additional products after discussing my options. I recommend this gentleman to anyone who is considering buying a car from VW.
Recently purchased a new Tiguan R-Line. From the initial test drive through to option selection and finance arrangements Dan was thorough and professional. There were manufacturer delays and a long lead time due to recent events but I was kept appraised throughout, and the collection and reveal was made to be a special experience. A positive sales experience and will recommend Dan Goffin to anyone interested in a VW vehicle.
We were really impressed with Elliot Bevan and the service we experienced when buying our new used Tiguan 10 days ago. He was professional and friendly and went out of his way to understand what we wanted. He worked hard to put a deal together that suited our budget and genuinely wanted us to be completely happy with our decision. Once the order was placed it was a smooth, fast and efficient process until our car was ready to pick up a few days later immaculately clean!. Overall a very enjoyable experience and we will be back when the time comes again for our next car.
Really lovely experience purchasing my new Tiguan. So straightforward, and Dan was brilliant and you can tell he really knows his stuff.
