Having just purchased a three year old BMW from North Oxford Garage I'd like to share my experience with anyone interested.
From the initial enquiry phone call through to receiving the car it was a pleasurable experience by myself and my family too, unlike some I'd had in the past when buying used cars. 
The salesman was very professional and natural, making the process enjoyable, as it should be. The car was presented very well and any issues I had with it, however large or small were handled by the whole team superbly, from the managers making decisions, the extremely efficient salesman to the kind and friendly delivery team, all of them were very considerate and accommodating.
My family and I would definitely purchase from them again and have no problem in recommending them to anyone wanting a quality car along with buying it from a quality garage.

Best BMW garage ever! And what a team they have! 
Thank you so much to Will and Duncan for putting up with me whilst I was buying my 1 series. 
They made the process so reassuring and so easy to get from them all of the information I needed and more! 
I had been looking for a 1 series for a few months and having previously been messed around by a number of previous garages, I now had a list of questions and concerns a mile long. I didn’t need to worry or ask one question! Will and Duncan covered all of them in conversation without me even needing to ask! - it’s like they could read my mind! 
I Would not hesitate to buy from BMW oxford again! Fantastic atmosphere, fantastic team, fantastic knowledge and fantastic service!

Brilliant Service from Simon Clinch, browsed in one Saturday Morning and left with a beautiful brand new M140i ! Simon done me an amazing deal no other BMW dealers were interested, he was polite charming and very professional. Now has me and wife as customers for life. Thank you Simon, love the car!

Take my clients car here for MOT, Service etc. Always polite front of house and service dept. Free tea / coffee while waiting and just time to look at selection of lovely BMW bikes on display. Servicing costs are high, but I suppose that's normal these days. Good communication when vehicles ready to collect or extra work required.

I just bought a brand new BMW 2 Gran Tourer from Natasha Douglas. She is very professional and customer focused! An absolute joy to deal with!! I would highly recommend North Oxford BMW and Natasha in sales.
