Meant to post this earlier but didn't get round to it. Bought an Audi from Mick's business in February this year, and they offered a decent price on my trade-in. Would have liked more, bur who wouldn't?! Cam belt and pump needed replacing and this was done with no issues at all, and I asked for a genuine Audi pump. Tracy came out on the test drive: no pushy sales patter, just down to earth talk about the car. Very straightforward completion a week or so later. Car was very well prepped, and Tracy had very kindly put some fuel in it for me so I wasn't running on fumes after leaving. Refreshingly honest, straight talking  family business with  a good selection of quality cars. Thank you Tracy and Mick

I'd give 6 stars if I could ! I just bought a 4 year old van from Mick Partlett Cars. I travelled over 100 miles to see it and I wasn't disappointed. This is a lovely family run business, Owned by Mick, and also his daughter Tracey and his grandson James. I initially dealt with Tracey on the phone who walked around the van on a video call showing any blemishes as well as the good overall condition. Then on my first visit I was greeted by Mick and his grandson James. James took me out on a test drive and wasn't pushy or a typical spivvy salesman. Then after the test drive I sat with them both and discussed the purchase. Amazingly the vehicle came with a full 12 month RAC backed warranty included in the price too. Unlike most garages they did not try to sell me any additional extras too like gap insurance or extended warranties. I put a deposit down and returned a few days later to allow time for a full service to be done. There were also a few age related marks on the van when I first viewed it which I was made aware of. Amazingly when I collected to can the valeter had  spent 5 hours polishing the van for me and every mark was gone. I'm so impressed and so glad I chose this company. The other review that gave this company a low mark was unfair basing it on stock. Mick had a good range of quality cars there rather than a huge quantity of mediocre vehicles. Fantastic service from start to finish. Mick is a nice bloke, very fair and trys his best to help you with whatever it is you need. I sold him a used car as I no longer needed it he gave me a very fair price and let me delay the sale for a while until I got my van. The lad that works for him was also decent, knowledgable and nice to chat to. Nice place, good range of cars also.

This is a family run car dealer. I travelled the six hour round trip to look at a car we had agreed on by phone and needed to do the deal the same day. Mick is a true honest dealer and we both stuck to what we agreed. Although a tear on the drivers seat was missed by them they have been extremely helpful in agreeing to pay half for the repair. I would recommend this car dealer and when I'm in the market again I'd potentially go back. Tracey is very efficient also. Good to have genuine people running a business.

I recently bought a van From Mick Partlett car sales, living in France I had to trust the description, photos and after talking to the staff I made the journey. The van was as described and everything I had hoped for it was perfect. The staff are superb as a retired Quality service manager for a major British company I could not fault them.

First class service from beginning to end. Very friendly and no sales patter just straight forward and down to earth. We saw the car on the website and travelled 180 miles to view then drove the car away the same day. Highley recommend Mick Partlett car sales.

Honest Car Dealer I sold my BMW to Mick Partlett. I thoroughly recommend him for efficient and professional service. I called Mick about a month before I was ready to sell. After a month he still honoured the quoted price. I have also dealt with him before.

Bought a car here about 18 months ago and found their customer service standards 1st class. They also offer full AA warranty and deal with any issues the used car might have before collection.
