Great Sales and After Sales Experience, I have been using Hartwell Ford Kidlington for the last 3 years to buy my cars and get them serviced, they never fail to impress.

I made an appointment to view a car, there was no one at reception I went to find someone they found Richard Pratt who I booked the appointment with and he'd double booked he was just about to take a customer out on a test drive I was told he wouldn't be long after 30 minutes I went to find someone first person on the forecourt ignored me and walked away second person told me they were busy and asked me if I wanted to put a deposit down. Why book appointments if you can't keep them, my business will be going elsewhere what a waste of a morning.

Not great. A while back had a test drive booked but no-one knew anything about it. Recently ordered parts, turns out they weren't ordered but when I went to collect (didn't know they hadn't ordered them) parts were closed anyway due to staffing issues. I love my current Ford but it really makes me question whether I will replace it with another brand due to customer service issues - it's a real shame. I've also had a few reliability and electronics issues - I know these things happen but they have also been very poor in resolving - I've given up with one of the issues and just live with it.
