Wouldn't go anywhere near hartwell!! They are going bust so they are sacking people for no reason lol to top it off they miss sell loads of vehicles so many customers complain and nothing gets resolved

Don't touch theys guys with a barge pole.  Bought a new SEAT from them after we were lied to by the salesman (who had walked out before we collected the car, so can't prove it).  A feature they said was in the car, wasn't.  We took it back and they said they'd fix it - they even said they HAD fixed it - they hadn't.  We complained to SEAT who confirmed that the feature was not available on that model at all.  They had recently acquired the SEAT franchise from Humphris and didn't have a clue about the cars.
Do not touch these people or get everything confirmed in writing first.
