Story

Welcome to Staffordshire's and one of the UK's largest "Official Hammer Strength Training Centre's".
Whether you're an absolute beginner just starting out, seasoned bodybuilder, powerlifter or pro strongman we have everything you need to reach your goals !
Our facilities include
- Over 150 pieces of Hammer Strength & Life Fitness strength equipment consisting of plate loaded and selectorized machines.
- Dumbbells ranging from 2.5 - 100kg's in 2.5kg increments
- Approx 10,000kg's in Olympic plates
- A range of cardiovascular equipment including ,treadmills, x-trainers, bikes and rowers.
- Strongman equipment covering virtually all events.
