I have just started going there as a live close by lovely staff very friendly and helpful really recommend. If you looking for a gym 10/10 they just had an excellent second floor with basically any equipment that you could possibly use brilliant people
Really bad management and communication!!! If you have any issues to do with membership or billing forget it because you simply cannot get hold of anyone to talk to when you call the gym. Employees continuously put the phone down because they’re too busy and when you do get through to management they cannot talk and “will call you back” but never do!!! Overall I would completely avoid this gym and go to someone who can actually run a company.
Amazing Gym! Run by AMAZING people. Loads of kit and an awesome atmosphere with friendly wholesome members! 10/10
Great local gym with great owners, good atmosphere and good equipment, all your essentials like protein powder, water, ready prepped meals, clothing etc
I recently joined Base and body gym and love the upper floor dedicated to solo exercising. It’s perfect for introverts, offering a variety of equipment in a private setting. Highly recommended!
