Cheap gym good friendly staffs  with good update equipment .Four stars because the changing rooms and showers areas need to be more cleaner with only 3 showers.

We joined last November as the equipment seemed ok and the staff were helpful and friendly. But in the last few months things have deteriorated a lot. 
The equipment needs essential maintenance as they have broken or worn parts. Some machines are even resting on weight plates due to broken bases. And despite the present heatwave the air conditioning barely rises above a whisper. 
The past two Saturdays dumbells, weight plates and bars have been left strewn about the gym floor, with the staff not seeming to care about health and safety. Last Saturday half a dozen weight plates were left around the leg press when we arrived and two hours later they were still there when we left. 

Just over a month later and still the equipment has not had essential maintenance and some equipment is getting worse and quite dangerous. 
The air conditioning is still not working properly and there is no air flow around the gym.
Today there was weight plates and bars across the floor and the staff were certainly not doing their jobs 

Think seriously before you join as we would recommend that you don't. Work has been done on the office but not on the equipment, that is how much they care about the members.Been this morning and it was a case of searching for the weights as the weight plates, dumbbells and bars were all over the place, and when you find them they aren’t the weight they are supposed to be as big chunks of rubber are missing from the weight plates and dumbbells. Had to tighten up the nut on one of the pressing machines by hand as it was loose Essentiall maintenance seems to be never carried out here.
The machines upstairs move all over the floor as they are not fixed down , grips are missing or loose and various pieces of equipment are balanced on weight plates as feet or supports are missing.
The male personal trainers seem to spend most of their time on their phones.
It could be a good gym but it seems the management doesn’t care.
Also the bathrooms are a mess a lot of the time, my partner says one of the toilets in the gents has been out of order for some time and there’s pools of water all over the place and the door to the men’s changing room was taken off months ago and hasn’t been replaced.
We’d give zero stars now but it won’t let us remove the one star we have given it.

Cheap and cheerful gym. Staff are always welcoming. Plenty of classes and gym equipment for all, even at busy times.

Good place for gym. Not very clean facilities but overall good. decent price for a decent gym and parking
