Great gym with absolutely fantastic facilities that are kept very clean. Which is a big plus point for me. You really don't want for anything. Fantastic pools & spa facilities. The pools could really do with a clean though, especially the Newcastle one. The showers are a pain though as they blow cold & stupidly hot to the point were you regularly have to stand out of them which isn't great when your covered in shampoo! The restaurant facilities are a great added bonus, the food is really nice too.

Fantastic gym for all kinds of people. Even great for strength training. And the spa definitely helps afterwards. Great facilities, although sometimes the showers are too hot!

£120 sign-up for students was anyone ever a student here because that is ridiculous amounts I understand you get a 3 month's contract but you've got to pay for all the months upfront good luck on  getting customers and students through the door as members as this is just ridiculous  and stupidly high sort yourself out m club you've only opened a new club not a golden Palace

Everything thing is fine. But timings are not good. I request to management please change opening timing as 6:00am and closing at 10:00pm.

I do not rate this gym highly considering the price they charge of £46 per month for apparently a top notch high quality gym that they portray. I expected a much much higher service for what I'm paying for.  The facilities are poor e.g. broken lockers and broken exercise machines in the ladies gym, some don't even switch on at times and have not been fixed for the past year. The Sauna is out of order a lot.  Things are not well maintained e.g. changing rooms can be untidy/unclean, wall shower gels always empty, the hydro pool has recently turned a dirty colour, swimming pool is so so cold even though they are able to change the temp, shower water is red hot to the point it burns face and hair, so I've had to stop showering there. I asked for these to be alerted as so many others comment on it too but they have not done anything about it  I've never had issues with the staff personally. Reception team are always welcoming.  I'm not happy with my overall experience at M Club. I can say that it's really not worth the cost now I've tried it out. I'll be moving to a cheaper gym with probably better facilities as soon as my contract ends. I wouldn't recommend.

Generally i'm happy with the whole concept. It just needs a little more attention to details like maintenance and cleaning to get the extra

Had a fab day at the Hanley club. Great Brunch, good price and tasty meal. Day spent in the pool area and it was brilliant. Pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna. Everywhere was clean and functioning. Really enjoyed myself as did my friends.

Great Club. Lovely Staff. Shown around by the Wonderful Mandy! Made to feel very Welcome
