Great Gym... Personal Trainers are constantly attentive to my questioning.. Always giving helpful tips and advice! Good gym for body building or cardio... They have a boxing bag... The only service they don't offer is sauna or pool but that's not what I want anyway... Would recommend this gym to anyone...

This is a good economy gym. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free car parking. The location is handy for both Tunstall and Burslem. The equipment is well maintained. There is surprisingly good choice of equipment for a gym of its size. There is a wide selection of classes available. The changing rooms are clean and tidy with plenty of lockers. The only downside are the showers that have poor drainage. This is a good value economy gym.

Well it ok there but the personal trainer too much there I think £15 for an hour and £75 4 days
