Prompt pick up at pre booked time. Fair price for journey after midnight. Can not fault. 👍👍👍

Rubbish! Booked them for collection after a Wedding at 11.30pm. Waited over 20 minutes before calling them to see where they had got to. Called numerous times only to get an answer message each time, saying to call a mobile number. Called the mobile number to be greeted by a woman who said to call the land line - the one we had been calling - with no answer. She said she could not help as she was working. Left us stranded at Midnight. Not acceptable for a pre-booked taxi!

Does anyone work here? I tried calling for 10 minutes and there was no answer, this happens to me every time I try and ring.
