Absolutely disgraceful service from Ziptravel taxis, prepaid for travel both ways with a group of six as to avoid the Halloween rush after the club closed and so we would be safe rather than walking home in Ipswich at half three in the cold dark weather. Was able to get to the destination alright however, there was a sticky drink all over the floor of the taxi which is absolutely disgusting having to actually stick to the floor!! After this the taxi driver did not pick us up, which meant that six eighteen year old girls were stranded in an unlit rowdy area of Ipswich with no one to take us home!!! The taxi driver also ignored numerous phone calls and refused to give us a refund!! I am so horrified, will not be recommending or paying for any service again!! Disgusting and irresponsible.
Horrendous taxi service, had a taxi booked for a group of 6 for a nightout halloween 2016 and had pre paid for both ways. When first got in the minibus there was drink all over the floor, although got us there fine he failed to pick us up, leaving a bunch of 18 year old girls stranded in Ipswich at 3:30 in the morning. Wouldn't answer any phone calls or texts and still failed to give us a refund or even text with an apology now.
Booked various different cars well in advance for a function. One was an early morning run to get a train, didn't show, neither did the 3 other cars that were booked and re confirmed. Left stranded. No answer or calls returned. Completely unreliable. The positive review from Lonnie Warren below is the guy I booked and confirmed the cars with! Took me and all my family out to ipswich for family meal one of the nicest taxi drivers about on time and didn't rush us on pick up time 5stars
Made a big mistake booking with this company, we had pre booked a week in advance 2 taxis to pick 8 people up from a wedding at 1am, the cars didn't turn up and when we tried to contact the company there was no answer leaving us stranded and a long way from home, very disappointing and will never use again.
totally useless did not turn up for a booking made a week previously, leaving 3 adults and 3 children without transport at 12 midnight on a saturday, and there was no way of contacting any body on their no.
