I would like praise the taxi driver who took me to Needham Market Doctors yesterday. She was a lovely friendly lady and when I said that I needed to take an item to the Doctors the following day, she offered to do this for me. rude staff when rung through for a taxi ... asked for a taxi around half 7 in the morning as the website and staff state that it opens from 7 am ... then to be told you aint gonna get a taxi at that time, we do school runs try somewhere else as we cant do it at that time ..; why then don't you change your public open times from 9am after school runs instead of misinforming customers and then being just plain rude about the whole matter .. she then hung up on me after , without even saying a time i could get a taxi after i asked when there would be availability .. not happy would not have taken much to explain in a nice way why this taxi was not possible to do .. wont bring my customs here no more, and i will not send people (customers) through this taxi office no more.. i work for a local hotel and will also send them to other taxi firms .. nicer more considerate ones .. i now have a 2 hour walk home after a 16 hour shift due to your member of staff not even giving me the time of day to order a taxi for any time during the morning (16 pounds for a 4 mile journy is also a bit extreme isint it ?

Very discourteous and rude on telephone when placing a query. Would not recommend service.
