First time using this taxi rank and such poor service. I called up at 10:20pm to see if there was any taxis, he said he could come for 10:40pm which was absolutely fine! Waited outside Tesco Express in town, which we both agreed on, got to 10:50-55pm I started calling, no answer. Waited until 11:15pm and still no show, ended up walking home in the dark which isn’t safe! I’d rather be told there was so taxis available instead of waiting. Rubbish taxi service, I should of saw the reviews before booking because everyone else sees the rubbish service. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Also couldn’t call anyone to ask about my taxi. Saw a reply to a review earlier that we should of got the number from the taxi, which isn’t relevant, maybe if they showed up it would of been okay
HORRIBLE company! booked a taxi 1hour in advance never came, so I lost my train and all connections I had booked for my trip! so I had to rebook everything! lost money and time because of this company! one star because there us bo option for minus stars! PS-> you cant actually complain to the company as they do not provide you the option to speak to an operator!
I booked a taxi today and you didn’t turn up. If I could give you 0 star I would. Never again
Awful and expensive £10 I paid just for a five minute journey
never ANSWER the phone . ..
