Tired after travelling for 10 hours on the train. Lovely manager, on his own, juggling everything possible to stay afloat with no staff and the only cab company who would accept my very tired poodle. Well done, highly recommended company .
Called at 10am for a taxi to collect us at 11:45am from Asda. Hasn’t turned up it’s now 12:31 no one is answer the office phone and it is all locked up as I walked down there in the pouring rain. Can’t walk home as mum is disabled and can’t always walk places. Now stuck in town waiting for 1hr for another taxi company to come collect us. We use this company a lot but will never ever use this company again because of this, AVOID at all costs appalling service.
I'm disabled so knowing a taxi will be there is very important, booked the day before and all was good on the phone. However, once out of the venue taxi was not there for us. wife had to go and get one on foot. Disgusting! Did explain on ordering"shame on you".
Called to book a taxi at about 5pm for half 12 pick up. When answering the phone they were having a conversation with someone else. My taxi never turned up, luckily I was waiting at a friends house! Had I not it was -1 last night and no other taxi firm was answering hence why I booked up early!! Would not recommend
We were quoted £30.00 but ended up paying £60.00. Tried to complain but owner of the company was very unhelpful and said it was our fault for telling the driver to go the wrong way. Surely your driver should go quickest route possible without having to ask the passengers for their suggestions . According to one of the controllers the driver in question had never received the quote and had been complained about for over charging on a number of occasions.
Turned up late by half an hour and only because we rang them. We were going to a restaurant and had to call to let them know we'd be late. On arrival it was basically a van with seats. The guy drove like a maniac through country lanes and made us feel unwell. We had to stop because someone felt so sick. On the return journey he again turned up late, we'd been waiting and had ordered another round but he expected us to leave immediately! We asked to go home via a main road route and he was doing at least 80mph most of the time! The quote was higher than others but unfortunately they weren't available. I won't be using again unless absolutely necessary
Rudest taxi controller ever. The lady who controls these taxis is the rudest most ignorant taxi controller i have ever had the misfortune to come across. Didn't care and totally ignored pre booked taxis in favour of her mates. Spent most of the time gossiping on the phone. Otherwise was yakking to mates in waiting room.. No apology for 45 mins wait after the booked time but which point we gave up and walked home... i was on crutches at the time. No wonder you can never get through on the phone she never stops gossiping. Total opposite to the lovely man who is there when she's not. The drivers are lovely, sadly however lumbered with her. Shame for the company that they are saddled with this person to front the business.
Didn't turn up. When I rang them they said they'd knocked on the door. We were waiting at the window they never knocked. We're then told sorry it's not my problem the taxis gone home now and I'm fully booked. Awful service.
Worst taxi service I think I've received - booked a taxi for 01:45, at around 02:00 I thought I would chase it up and see where it had got to. The response was 'we couldn't find you so we went onto the next job'. I did give them my number incase but they obviously didn't have time for that!
Never again. Ordered 1 hour before stating i have appointment for doctors and the taxi end up being late 10 mins. Usually i use another company but they was fully booked.
