Used this company twice while attending a wedding in Bury St. Edmunds. Arrived at the train station and called them to take us to our hotel. The dispatcher was helpful, told us how long it would be, and I then received a text detailing the car that would be picking us up. The driver was friendly and helped us with our case. Absolutely no faults with the service. We then booked them to take a taxi from the hotel to the wedding venue. It was for 8 people, and so they advised they'd have to send two cars - not a problem. About an hour before the taxi was due to pick us up, I received a call from them to say an 8 seater had become available and if we'd prefer that instead and I told them we would. The taxi arrived on time, the driver again was very friendly and helpful, and got us to the venue in plenty of time. TL;DR - Reliable service, friendly drivers, would recommend.

Even though my pickup point was in a really hidden spot, my driver managed to find me and drive me to my destination with no delays.

My son booked a taxi home from work as he had fond the night before. Gor a phone call from the company 30mins before he was due to be picked up and they told him the price had gone up from £25 to now £41!! He had no choice but to pay as he couldn't get another taxi at short notice and would have been stuck at work at 12 in the morning!! Absolutely disgusting! When I spoke to the company they said sorry the driver just thought he should have been paid more!! Wonder how many vunerable people have been caught out like this by these people.!

4* service I don’t think so. It’s a disgrace that taxi companies can do no shows without consequences. When I called to enquire why they were late they said I did a no show & offered no alternative. They initially txt a confirmation, so they had my number to call if they were lost. I missed my train due to their incompetence, ********!

Dispatcher was polite and helpful, texted confirmation along with how much the journey would cost. Driver arrived early, took me straight to the destination and charged me the correct amount, great service - will use again.
