My wife bought a used car today.  Great service, nothing was too much trouble, answered questions knowledgeably and made everything easy. Mark took the time so show us the car twice as we could only look at it one at time, so one of us could stay with my little girl.   The lady at reception was great with our daughter made us feel very welcome which is not always the case with a 4 year old.  We got a good deal and great service. Thanks.

Really friendly and helpful staff in the parts dept... very pleased with work done... and my car came out much cleaner than it went in! A big thankyou to the northampton team!

I would never to go any other garage! I have recommend it to all of my friends and family. 
Today I visited the Northampton branch to pick up my new car and Mark Stafford was amazing, incredible customer service he went above and beyond to ensure I had the best customer experience, the team were all so welcoming! I’m over the moon with my car!

I had great experience dealing  with Mr Mark Stafford at Northampton branch. This was my second car from this branch both times Mr Mark done everything he could to make sure I get best customer experience and everything is according to my expectations. I live in London and went to Northampton to buy this car but it was well worth it. Just writing this review to say thanks to Mark Stafford for great customer service. If you need a car just go and see Mark he will take care of everything.

Great service+reliable cars.Been a customer about 15 years-MOT & Service not expensive & mechanics excellent. Nice loos &free tea/coffee/Toyota vehicle gadgets for sale/TV if waiting.Telephone service not great Sat&Sun unless urgent.Parking normally good.
