Purchased a car recently and I am very impressed. The selection on site is vast with most makes and models represented. Callum in sales provided an excellent service and wasn’t pushy. The test drive was quickly arranged and all options explained. I was able to purchase a 3 year warranty that is transferable for peace of mind. Standard warranty is 3 months. Overall very pleased so far. Well worth a visit especially to compare different models without visiting multiple dealers.
We had a great pleasure to be assisted by Daniel Keplin today. He was very supportive throughout whole process. Daniel found the best option for us and found the car which we were dreaming of. He explained everything to us in easy way so we can understand everything. He was very polite and nice to work with. I am very happy with all support he gave us and I am pleased with a car he recommended
Very nice people to deal with, enquired about a VW Passat 17 plate, got a booking to test drive the car and financed it within minutes, Dan Lorincz and Aron Thomas gone the extra mile to complete all i have requested as extra for the car. Very pleased with the service and many thanks to you guys!
Purchased a vehicle just yesterday and had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Knew the car I wanted to test drive and bought it on the spot. Was looked after by the very lovely Dan Lorincz at the Northampton site. Knowledgeable about the car itself, polite and most importantly not pushy at all. All in all a positive experience. Will see how the customer service side goes if I ever need to deal with that but the experience so far albeit brief gets a thumbs up.
Connor was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all our questions and had an excellent sales manner. He helped my parents find the perfect car for them which fitted all their criteria and was within budget. I will definitely be back when I need to buy my own car! Thank you!
Had an amazing first experience with CarShop especially with Ty and Dale - they both made us feel so at ease and so comfortable! With it being my first time buying / financing a car they made the process so smooth! They both explained everything in so much detail, made sure they answered any of our questions and just made the whole experience more exciting and enjoyable! :- Would 100% recommend!
Harry gave us excellent service today. We had pre booked a viewing and by chance Harry met us on entry. He moved the car to a good viewing area and did not pressure us whilst our checks were made. He gave us assurance some minor scratches would be attended to. We then were allowed a reasonable test drive. Harry was most professional in the dealings and represented car shop in good terms.
Buying a newish car started well. We were looked after by a really helpful, nice guy, Dan Lorincz. Sadly once we handed the cash over things went downhill. We picked the car up 10.08.22. Going from a 2008 car to a 2021 model the digital age has progressed enormously. With no manual to refer to we had no idea how to access the display screen etc. The lad from the handover team was none the wiser and so we were left to our own devices and drove off. You would like to think after paying 17K plus they could have left me with enough fuel to at least get home. The car ran out of fuel before I could get to the nearest petrol station and so had the embarrassment of being pushed by strangers onto the forecourt. It wasn't until a couple of days later we realised the car had locking wheel nuts on and no key to remove them. We did find the previous owners old parking tickets, rubbish and plastic water bottle in the centre console! I contacted the Handover Manager who assured me a new set will be ordered and the old ones removed. I was still chasing for them a month later. I was then passed onto someone in customer service who assured me and "double checking" the PDI sheet and with Peugeot, the car did not come with locking wheel nuts. I then sent photos of the locking wheel nuts on the car to show it clearly does have them fitted and a copy of the card the locking nuts were attached to when they were put on the car. This card was also sent to the handover manager for information when I originally asked about them. Needless to say after sending emails asking for an acknowledgement, all communication from them has stopped. We have obviously had to make our own arrangement to get the old locking wheel nuts removed and replaced. To say I'm disappointed with the aftersales care is an understatement which is such a shame as Dan Lorincz the Deputy Business Manager was so helpful.
Steve from the Northampton store was very friendly from start to finish. Whilst taking us on a test drive he was very friendly and chatty. Our experience was quick and efficient and Steve did everything he could to give us the best experience & best deal with our new car. Very happy.
