I have just collected my car and have discovered my five pound note has gone missing!! Its not a lot of money, however it had a special serial number.  I am disgusted this has happened.  I spoke to one member of staff and he was not very helpful.  He said I shouldn't be leaving personal items in my car, well i certainly don't expect your staff to steal money from my car!!!  I have been using this garage for many years and this will be the last time i use them!  To say i am dissapointed is an understatement.  If you choose to use them, please be careful! My trust has totally gone out the window!

Excellent service. Dealt with very efficiently, by pleasant well mannered staff.  Courtesy car given.  The only downside to my experience was that there wasn't any fuel in the loan car.  But overall, very positive

Good service as expected from a main authorised dealer charging a main dealer rate. Smart and professional. Certain aspiring main dealers on the same Riverside site should pop over and see what professional service looks like or drop their prices to something more appropriate to their abilities.

Efficient, friendly, though obviously not cheap being a main VW dealer. I'm on the service plan....fixed prices, 10 % off parts, free MOT and courtesy car on servicing. It's a really good deal!

Was a very good annual service. Car was collected and delivered to my home by a very friendly driver.  Updated on completion time. No hidden costs. Communication before, during and after was excellent.
