My partner and I drove all the way from Reading to view a car and more likely take it home as was told over the phone the car was ready.  On first look of the car everything was fine however when road testing the fan was on constantly which shouldn’t happen, therefore the car wasn’t ready as told previously. Mentioned this in the office and you could see the guy had got his back up. He then went out to our Audi A6 to just rev the engine vigorously and claim that our dual mass flywheel is faulty. Little did the man know it was relaxed last year and when we told him he told us to to take it back. 
Little did he know my partner is a fully qualified Audi Technician. 
Would of gave it no stars if we had the choice!

Do not use this car sales. When things don't go there way, there nice smiles turn the other way. You will not get any satisfaction.

We have recently purchased a Fiesta Automatic and I must say Mark couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. My Husband had never driven an automatic car before but due to health reasons he was struggling to drive a manual car. When we collected the Fiesta Mark ensured my husband was completely happy using the automatic gear box and he even contacted us the following day to confirm everything was ok. The vehicle was well priced and we were very happy with the part exchange figure on our old car. I would recommend Billing Car Centre to anyone.
