Went in on Friday afternoon and test drive a car, went through paperwork and then booked an appointment for the Saturday at 4:30pm to confirm all details which was required to do and requested to do by salesman Myles. To come in on Saturday and left waiting until 5:15pm and at this point there were closed and asked to come back tomorrow, so we came back Sunday to be told they are currently selling the car which we already test drove and had all the paperwork sorted for, to be told sorry someone else is having regardless of us completing everything. The manager didn’t want to even speak to us and let a receptionist do his dirty work. We had a settlement figures, monthly payment plan set up and correct car valued. Was told to leave as manager wanted to sell to someone he knew. What customer service is this? Rudely spoken to by receptionist. Will be making sure all family and friends will not be using Vauxhall’s Northampton again. Well done mr manager!

Brilliant service from a salesman Myles Francis. Got exactly the right car I was looking for and didn't waste any time finding it! Very impressed and would recommend him to a friend anyday 👍

Very poor service! I booked my car in for a service and mot, and when doing so they offered additional fuel and oil flush which I accepted. But when I returned to collect my car they had ran out of time to do the mot! They had my car for 3 hours! Worse still they could not book me in until Monday for the mot and I would need time off work again. I requested a courtesy car because I needed to get to work, and they could not accommodate me. They were going to see what could be done, and I was promised a call back the next morning. I didn't get a call! I then rang again, they said there was nothing they could do. I rang again and spoke to the service manager, he said he would sort it out and would call me back, he never rang! Awful, I will never use Bristol Street again, and never buy a Vauxhall again.

Myles was very helpful and showed great customer service. He answered all enquiries promptly. I would definitely recommended

Great service by Kurtis who made sure that OUR needs were his primary focus.

 Extremely thorough whilst paying attention to every little detail.

Aweet, the General Manager, went out of his way to assist with any final issues. 

The whole process was was smooth and professional experience.

Happy to recommend this business and when I look to purchase a second vehicle next year will definitely be giving them a call.
