We recently purchased a Mazda from Northampton Motors Mazda and I can say that the whole experience was surprisingly painless!  Car salesmen are notorious for the hard sell and it was refreshing to find a salesman who took a soft sell approach.  We didn't feel under any pressure and he offered valuable advice to us when asked a question.  He also took time to explain all the functions on the vehicle thoroughly - I would definitely recommend this organisation

Went in for a service and MOT. My car was ready faster than expected and got a complimentary wash. Friendly and helpfull staff.

Huge thanks to John Lau for being friendly and helpful. He brought a calm experience to the proceedings. He gave us confidence to buy the car and that any issues that arose would be dealt with. There were some technical issues to deal with during the purchase as the computer system is old and creaking. We got there in the end.
