Just bought my 3 year-old used Hyundai i30. I was not simply satisfied by this experience: I was thrilled! I chose to visit them because I knew about the quality and reliability of Hyundai vehicles, but I ended up purchasing my car because of the service I was offered and the way I was treated.  It was all completed smoothly in less than 72 hours since the moment I walked in the branch. Unlike other neighbouring brands, here I felt respected and safe, I was given options, time and space and was treated in a calm manner. I also felt there was transparency in each step of the process, which was missing in other companies I visited, where I felt I was almost bullied and offers were arranged behind closed doors.

Visiting this branch as an unaccompanied young lady who knows next to nothing about cars, I am pleased to say I had all my questions answered with patience, things explained to me in plain language, particularly aspects related to the very important issue of finance, and most importantly, I was treated in a warm and respectful manner that inspired trust.

Special thanks to Mike Wenham for making this experience an absolute pleasure for me. I am definitely recommending this branch to friends and family!

Fantastic help from Daniel and the team, who's focus was on the customer and our individual needs. My mum was after a car and they went the extra mile to ensure she fully understood everything, before, during and after the sale. Making sure we're happy with the purchase was a clearly a priority. We'll be in for tea and biscuits again soon, thanks again!
