I have just collected my Mini, which is superb. The service I received from entering the show room  test drive, paper work and driving my new vehicle away was fantastic. Jack Coates looked after me every step of the way. He was friendly,  professional and very knowledgeable not to mention patient with me. I highly recommend Wollaston Mini Northampton and would definitely use again. Thank you Jack.

Had a brilliant experience at MINI. Jack Coates is a lovely guy and great salesman. He made the whole process as quick as possible, while having myself and partner laughing. Clive made our test drive feel very relaxed and natural, whilst being very knowledgable about the car and showing different elements whilst I drove, without overwhelming me. Manager Adam was so friendly and chatty with us also. The whole team are a delight and should be proud of the experience they offer. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, and in fact we did already refer a friend to buy a mini the next week. The car is great and came cleaned and ready to go. Thanks so much to the whole team.

Just had the pleasure of dealing with Wollaston Mini and what a great service from start to finish. I dealt with Jack who was fantastic from the start to handing over my new keys! Communication was excellent and Jack made the purchase smooth and stress free. He helped with everything even the process of removing my PX private plate. My new car wasn’t a Mini this time but a beautiful Zafira they had bought in. Super looking car and as clean as they come. Also a quick mention to Gareth who also helped, he was fantastic too! Keep up the good work team!

Picked up my new car yesterday and can vouch for a smooth, friendly, and professional service from Wollaston Mini.  Visited a few local car dealers before finally making the 2 hour drive from London to Northampton, but I can say that it was worth it as the staff here are friendly and accommodating they fed myself and my sister Diet Cokes and even provided a bowl of water for my sister's dog.  Kyle Mock, who sold me my new car, was very kind and professional - he even offered me a lift from the train station on my car-less journey to pick up my new car.  All in all 5 stars - I would highly recommend for anyone that doesn't like pushy sales tactics and being disappointed. I'll be recommending Wollaston Mini to friends and family.

I recently picked up my Mini Cooper from Wollaston Mini; to say that I have been absolutely impressed with both the car and the service I received would be a vast understatement.  With regard to the car itself... I had originally intended to test-drive a few cars the Mini being the first, but after a few minutes driving the Mini, I really didn't want to continue my search.  It's a beautiful car to drive and I am incredibly happy with it..  The service I received - from Lawrence Hayward - was second-to-none.  He was incredibly helpful and gave me all the information that I needed.  At the same time, there was absolutely no pushy sales talk whatsoever; he simply laid out all the options in front of me, so that I could make the best choice. Additionally, I asked for a few things to be done to the car before I picked it up and he facilitated this with no fuss.  In fact the car was ready for collection a day before it was due to be!  I can't thank him enough for his assistance and as I said to him at the time, he made the whole transaction completely painless.  I have no hesitation in recommending Lawrence and Mini Wollaston to others.  Thanks!

Andrew Woodhouse was fantastic helping me to choose the right model to suit my lifestyle and my budget, he also recommended a couple of finishing touches to make my Mini unique.
