Came to Stechford Station on Sunday morning after 11am to see human waste by the booking office.while staff were in the office Returned this morning around 7.20am to see it was still there which by this time was cover with blue paper. But not cleaned up. Again may I stress staff where on site in the office.
good local station no barriers wheelchair access lifts friendly staff service every 30 minutes 3 platforms
Never had a problem with this train station. I normally get late train. Never spoke to station staff as I get return from new Street. Delays, not an issue, it's life. It happens occasionally. We have an amazing network being trams, buses or trains. Couldn't wish to live elsewhere. Keep up the good work network west midlands.
ticket machine never works, but they've built a lovely new pedestrian bridge, with lifts.. now has disability access..
Clean and easily accessible. Times when customer assistant is available varies. But the guy today was very helpful
Station is fine but the service are very poor only 1 train an hour either go to lea hall or Marston Green for more trains
Very nice little place and there is a gym 4 mins away from the train station i would recommend u lot to try it out
Having just moved to the area this station is a 6 minute ride to Birmingham New Street and also services London using London Midland rail services.
Busy area, shopping and leisure abound...
