It is a very nice place to go to, The staff are nice. Many platforms feature many trains. Hard to do spotting considering it's such a big place! Endless food and drink areas inside with it being attached to the ballroom making it even better. 5* for everything and anything. No negatives at all!

Very busy train station. Well maintained and modern looking. Good train connections here. Not enough ventilation of engine exhaust fumes on the platforms so you will feel sick and unwell, better to wait upstairs and go to the platforms and then wait for last few minutes and then embark on the train.

One of the largest railway interchanges I've been through, well signed colour coded zones to differentiate between platforms on similarly numbered tracks

I am happy that the people of this city are grateful and not biased towards the train station. I really like the electonic boards, the online website, schedule and seats are big and better than on a bus.
A beautiful train station after its extensive refurbishment. It is the primary railway station of Birmingham city. It is a safe train station. Definitely recommending you to visit and use this train station.
Busy station, wide selection of places to eat. They had a lovely Bull display in the centre. Plenty of security and police presence. The toilets were clean and signboards were easy to follow. Display of train times was easy to read and areas well marked out
Large train station flanked by 2 big malls - the grand Central and Bullring. There is a large metal sculpture of a bull, and it moves! Iconic of this place and a must for photo taking. The station is modern and large with high roof, and houses all the usual amenities such as mini supermarket, news stand, cafes, bookshops etc. The connecting bus stop and tram stop are just outside the station
