A busy station in peak time but very close to Broad Street. If you feel claustrophobic coming north from University Station you can get off here and walk down into the city.
Open on Saturday. Excellent staff.Great programs for trains. The perfect choice to go to CadburyWorld. On the way one is passing near one great building with an interesting clock, one petrol station an a large intersection with important hotel - great area - somehow imposing.
Good location and generally in good condition but the opening hours are extremely misleading. Staff are helpful but there far less than advertised. They need to update their hours.
The workers at this station are extremely rude and belligerent they were bullying this autistic child and wouldnt let it get through with a child ticket because it had no school uniform on and they were highly offensive and unproffesional forcefuly making it leave and wouldnt even return its ticket.
Not bad station close proximity to broad Street and canal
Disappointed with the Trainline App. My first experience with flex tickets 8 passes was really bad. I used it twice and the App showed that I only had 5 tickets left. And called customer service, and she said I scanned twice this morning in Five Way station. This is terrible, how can I ever trust and feel confident using this app and service again? I refunded it directly and don't want to use it anymore.
Staff are severely rude and unnecessarily belligerent. Literally every single interaction I have had with a member of staff at Five Ways has been horrendous, to say the very least.
A place of sadness and frustration. Not so much the long delays, but the constant small delays, followed by squeezing onto a packed train on weekdays which has been heavily populated at New Street during the delay if heading south. The northbound journey is more pleasant.
It's a train station, very interesting architecture, as someone who is interested. Basic facilities, ticket office etc. Services are frequent to and from Bromsgrove, Redditch, Lichfield and of course Birmingham. Located close to the metro/tram stops too
Rude comments from staff Threatening for fine even though my friends and I showed proof, Asked for help and was just assuming I dont pay for my trains and i casually and always Jump the trains Even though I am a very moral person Super hostile behaviour Super disgusted and disappointed I believe i was Treated the way i was just because of my skin colour and i wouldnt have been threatened the way i was if i was White.
