Not bad station close proximity to broad Street and canal

A place of sadness and frustration. Not so much the long delays, but the constant small delays, followed by squeezing onto a packed train on weekdays which has been heavily populated at New Street during the delay if heading south. The northbound journey is more pleasant.

Open on Saturday. Excellent staff. Great programs for trains. The perfect choice to go to Cadbury world.

Just a fine little station. Nor bad, not good.

Small station and nice staff

Not the best experience. Wanted to buy a ticket and was spoken to rudely by a member of staff! Really need to work on providing good customer service!

Pretty decent for a suburban station.

nice little station, close to the canal and shops and everything, walking distance to the city centre as well!

Fine station however at times are long delays for the train.
