I work around that area everyday and it's nice to meet a wide range of nationalities. But i do have to be mentally aware of my surroundings all the time as it can be a rough place to be. Good police presence

I left my phone in my husband's car and the gentleman working on the counter called my husband to bring my phone back. As I am pregnant it is important that I have my phone with me so it was a lovely gesture early in the morning from his side. Thank you

Overall a good location for travelling to Birmingham and the other areas. The ticket machine doesn't always work so you need to make sure you have enough time before your train. Trains are usually on time unless there's an incident on the route which happens every now and then.

Popular commuter station. Usually reliable service on the cross city line.

Good train station with connections to Birmingham on platform 1 and platform 2 to Erdington, Sutton Coldfield and Litchfield.

Bit of a creepy area, loss of phone signal sometimes. Sometimes there's no one in the ticket booth so you'll have to use the machine outside.

Very close good

It's the worst station stop on the cross city line.
