My dad stayed here over 2 weeks and really enjoyed his stay! He always mentioned the kindness and helpfulness of the all staff within the hotel throughout the duration of his stay. Shout out to Mavis, Wendy and Celia for being amazing :Rooms: 5/5
Great apartment for 4 people for a night. A king size bed and 2 single settee beds. Great facilities, clean and comfortable. Great location and walked to the Utilita Arena in under 10 minutes. Secure parking worked brilliantly. Would definitely stay again, and recommend.Rooms: 5/5
My stay was amazing. The staff was super helpful from day one. Thank you Mavis, Celia, Dhaimy, Michael, Wendy and the rest of the team for all the help. I had to stay for 3+ weeks due to major repairs in my house but they definitely made me feel at home at all times. Excellent customer service experience. Nearby activities: Conveniently located close to city centre and nightlife, also supermarket is 3 min away
My stay was fabulous! The rooms are clean and comfortable. You have everything you need to make yourself a quick breakfast or dinner. I stayed with my kid and it was a nice experience. The staff is kind and helpful. I could also leave the luggage in the luggage room post my checkout. All in all, I would recommend this place for a stay close to the city centre. Literally near a Michelin star , close to the canal walks and the Victoria square, this place gets 5 for its location! Walkability: Very close to the centre where one can enjoy the city highlights pretty easily
We got to the hotel really early. The reception staff were brilliant helped with parking and checking. I have stayed in 5 stars and must say that staff here were far more helpful and friendly. Room and amenities in the room were great. Clean and nice decor. The shower didn’t drain properly but wasn’t an issue at all. Everything excelled our expectation. Nice little restaurant and shop facilities available. Location is great within walking distance to restaurants. We will definitely be using staycity wherever I go from now on.

This is my 1st visit to Birmingham & also to a Staycity Aparthotel. I must say that I was very impressed with the decor & facilities overall, particularly in the kitchen. I wasn't expecting a dishwasher, hob, & so much crockery & wine glasses etc. The only thing I missed was a bin for food waste. A Nespresso machine was a nice surprise as well as the snacks provided. We didn't use the bar but that was a nice touch. The breakfast was very good, varied & constantly topped up. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Mavis our Server was exceptional as well as the reception staff. Unfortunately i didn't make a note of their names. We took an Uber from the station. It was a late night check-in. I believe it would have been approximately a 20 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. Rooms: We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. 5 people stayed. We were offered a variety of bed options. We opted for 2 single beds in each room & there were 2 small sofa beds in the living area. We were surprised that we had a full bathroom and a shower room. Towels were found in the wardrobes rather than in the bathrooms, however not an issue for us. One bedroom didn't have a window but that wasn't an issue foe us. The living room could have been a little more in length or width as it wasn't possible for the 5 of us to eat at the table together. This wasn't possible as the space between the sofa beds to the dining table was too tight to pull the dining chairs out on either side of the table. Walkability: The location is approximately a 29 minute walk from Birmingham New Street Station. Some of it is up an incline Food & drinks: The provided a varied breakfast selection of cereals, pastries, bread, pancakes, hot English breakfast items, jams etc. All unlimited food, hot drinks & fruit juice. Good value for £12.50 per head. On Saturdays the buffet is extended from 10am to 11am. We didn't eat in tge evening or at lunchtime so not sure what is on offer
First time with Stay City and I liked the concept of more than just a bedroom. Having the ability to knock up a bit of breakfast before heading out was great. Staff here were very friendly. Location close to canals for pleasant walk into town.Rooms: 4/5
