The hotel is nice and most of the staff too. I cannot give five stars though due to a particular staff member who often seems quite bored from their guests.
The staff could improve their customer service attitude I believe. The man behind the reception is really nice.

Very nice and clean hotel, staff are friendly and helpful. Great location on site parking although first come as limited spaces. Good value for money all in all a very pleasant experience.
I stayed in a club room. The bed was of not comfortably and the pillows were some how able to store the heat from the body which made the nights very uncomfortable. I could not reach to the room service via my the phone in my room, had to go down to the reception every time. Stay was very disappointing.
