Amazing rooms! Comfy bed. Food and cocktails out of this world! No complaints. Would stay 1000x over

Clean, great rooms and decor and very friendly staff. Really enjoyed my stay here for my birthday. Fantastic covid 19 measures in place also. Only downfall is the parking is expensive.

We love this hotel. The rooms are always stylish, comfy and quiet. We upgraded to a junior suite as part of a spa break. We enjoyed our treatments, the views and the hot tub.

This remains the most consistent experience in the city. Anything from coffee at the Starbucks to staying for a week and you'll find the staff attentive and friendly and always professional. The spa has a lot of room for improvement but it's the staff turnover and not the facilities.

Love the Malmaison, the continental breakfast basket was lovely. Reception staff are always friendly

Spacious room. Bed OK, but mattress felt uneven, sloping. Bad lighting, no gentle bedside lighting despite lots of light switches available. Good shower. Breakfast very tasty with great, attentive service!
