Room well decorated, modern, clean, but unfortunately I give one star because for me bed is main furniture in hotel rooms and must be comfortable!!! We had mattresses with broken spring so the surface wasn't flat had dips, My wife wake up with aches and pains!!!! Was night
A modern convenient hotel for overnight stops; a short walk into Birmingham centre. Rooms compact but modern and clean! Minimal storage space so if more than 1 person go for a larger room if poss. Pics show upgraded room - desk and kitchenette not in normal double room. you have rent rooms with views or those with no windows.
Great, lovely room with everything you need in a nice quiet neighborhood. Nice service from the front desk team
Really nice hotel to stay at, very comfortable and plush rooms with lots of space and a good amount of lighting. However, I travelled as a group and my friend left her makeup bag in her room by accident - and the hotel claimed it wasn't there.
