Right in the heart of the city. which means, Easy to access public transportations and the main attraction are Just in a walkable distance. The view is spectacular, the interiors and the ambience is astonishing. The hospitality is very good and the food taste really good. I love the secret garden restaurant. It has a bar restaurant as well which is accessible till early morning. I can say that it is one of the best Hyatt hotels I have stayed or visited.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a convenient location and offers excellent access to the city's popular attractions. The service at the hotel was exceptional, with the staff being friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any queries or requests. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern amenities, ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was terrific, offering various options to cater to everyone's taste. The food quality was top-notch, and the service was prompt and efficient. Overall, my experience at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the heart of the city.
We had booked a double King and our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. The view from our hotel room was exquisite with the Library of Birmingham and the Christmas rides being lit up in front of it. The hotel is located in a prime location and highly accessible from the public transport. The staff is friendly and cooperative and their service was always quick. I would definitely choose to stay at Hyatt next time I am in Birmingham.
The lobby is beautiful, a lovely place to sit and relax. The downside is, the bar wasn't open in the lobby and I had to go into the adjoining bar for a drink. Rooms are lovely, very comfortable. I love the chair and the bed. Robes are a nice touch, as are the toiletries and the cooler in the room. Most staff were excellent, aside from one person who cut me short. Check in and out was quick and easy. Sadly the breakfast wasn't as good as my previous visits, the bacon and Sausages were over cooked, and the eggs tasteless. It's a pricey breakfast so I was quite disappointed at the standard this time. The spa is nice, but there is no shallow end so if you intend on going in the pool, you must swim. The parking is a bit of an issue, there's not many spaces so it's usually full, and it's £27 per night. I parked at the Q Park at Brindley Place which isn't far away, and it was a little bit cheaper. Overall, everything was nice, but the standard has definitely dropped a little since my last visit unfortunately.
This is by far the best hotel in Birmingham! The views are awesome, the service is first class from check in to concierge… Room super clean and that was important for us bringing our 4 year old. Special mention to Adriana who was absolutely amazing and made our stay special, thank you.
Amazing staff, stunning hotel, fabulous location. Beautiful interiors, lovely food and made to feel special as one of their guests. Fabulous breakfast too. Staff go the extra mile and so professional and kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay!Rooms: 5/5
This is a great hotel, quiet, well sized rooms with comfy beds and a decent desk. The TV was slightly frustrating but in the end I just switched it off and streamed some music to my phone, I wasn't in my room much anyway! The car park out the front is pretty tight but I managed to get a space, which saved a walk to one of the others nearby. If not driving the train station is pretty close and there is a tram stop right outside so connections into the city are excellent I enjoyed breakfast but I was a bit miffed that the pool was only open between 11am and 7pm. I couldn't get there on my first night, and had to be at work before it opened the next day... As a work trip I'm not sure how the price compares to others nearby, but it was a good experience so I'd definitely think about staying again.
Had visited the hotel for a concert, excellent location. Staff and accommodation and facilities are amazing BUT If you do not like lifts and you need to use the stairs or there is an emergency the stairway will let the hotel down as they are in bad condition and in need of an update ie decoration etc and junk left around as if it was a store room. I don't like lifts and had to use stairway and have never seen such bad decor in a 4 star hotel before and i have been to many 4 star hotels in my time. Management at some point need to walk up the stairs to see it as a customers view point. Don't get me wrong this is a very good hotel but let down by the stairs and how badly they need redecoration and stop using as storage at bottom of stairs.
Lovely hotel and amenities! It was beautifully decorated for Xmas. Breakfast was super delicious, but the best was the attention and customer service by the lovely Camila and the Manager Mr Cesar! They were really helpful and friendly.
Me and my Husband stayed 2 nights in the Hyaat. 10/10 stars if we could!!! It was absolutely amazing experience and have no words to describe the hotels beauty. We were greeted lovely upon arrival and the staff are very friendly. We were lucky to have a room on the top floor with such a beautiful view of the Birmingham Ferris Wheel. The room was very clean and very spacious with a welcome banner display on the TV. The bathroom was spectacular with toiletries and 2 mirrors. Overall it was very clean including the bedding and toilet. The drawer included a range of different. teas to choose from herbal and standard everyday tea etc. The bed is comfortable and big. There is a Spa,Swimming pool,Jacuzzi which was very amazing and refreshing. The pool was clean and the lady at reception was very friendly. However the timing is a bit short from 11am-7pm. The lobby was absolutely amazing! It was all decorated in Christmas decoration and lots of space to chill and have a cup of tea. The lifts are very fast however need to tap your card and enter room number. I would like to especially thank Sakshi at Reception who was absolutely amazing during our stay and is extremely friendly and always smiling. The hotel is also at a perfect Location.
