How this taxi company can even say they are a premier company is an outrage! They said the taxi would be with me in 10 minutes, 20 minutes later I called back to see where it was and was told it would be a couple of minutes. Then 30 minutes later I called back because the taxi was still not here, the man on the phone said he was checking where the driver was. I was then hung up on as he was checking to see where the driver was. I then tried to call back to see if it was an accident to only have my calls not answered. I then called off my friend's phone only to have the man answer and hear my voice to then hang up. I then tried calling again on one more number as well as my own to have no answer and be unable to leave a voicemail. 24 hour quality service is a lie and I am disgusted at the service I have received.

I put 1 star for the only reason I had to put a star to write a review, I wouldn't give this company any stars...I used the phone in morrisons supermarket at victoria promenad that put me directly through to this company,I was only going to the Avenue the driver said he didn't know where it was at first I couldn't help I'm from Scotland and don't know the area.my son is in St Andrews Health care and I was staying in accommodation belonging to them.the driver drove round for a short time but then went directly to the house so he knew all along where I wanted him to go.he then asked for £14.80 I knew this was way above what it should have been but because he couldn't understand my accent it was pointless arguing with him. (Everyone else understands me ok).I then rang the company and asked how much it would cost from morrisons to the Avenue I was told 3 or 4 pounds so I told him how much I was charged.I also told him the drivers badge number.he said he would inform his manager and he would phone me back no one did..I have now been advised by hospital staff not to let this go and to contact northampton borough council with the drivers badge number and complain,this is what I'm going to do..my advice do not use this company...
