Love the service by Bounds Taxi. I used to take almost every day taxi and just by dial of phone number would take few minutes to arrive. And anyway when dialled they will keep you informed with estimated time of arrival. And some days was dropping directly to the service center located in Northampton bus station opposite. There you find self booking kiosk and also in person waiting to take our booking. To which location when told they give token and on wait of few minutes can handover token to driver and take ride. Prices are nominal.

Disgusting customer service from TRACY at the DISPATCH CENTRE!!! I would write 0 if I could. Telephoned Bounds Taxis and pressed 1 to book a taxi as soon as possible as the automated system said to. The call ended and then I received a text message saying driver will be will me shortly. 15 minutes later taxi driver said he's at the station. I said to him i didn't order a taxi at the station. I'm at the bus stop (15 mins away from station) not at the train station. I called Bounds again and spoke to Tracy who started arguing with me and stating that i called and made 2 booking to be picked up from the station i said i called 2 times; 1 which was booked on an automated system, and the 2nd which was me talking to you (Tracy). She then hanged up the phone. called multiple times to speak to a manager and she said there's no manager and that I have to speak with her. As a result I missed my GP appointment and had to rebook for 3 weeks time. TERRIBLE SERVICE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Needed someone picking up from the train station, they had a driver there in 3 minutes, drove the passenger to Leicester and I paid on arrival. Fantastic service, driver and office were friendly and very accomodating. Thank you.

I really cannot agree with all these miserable reviews.... They probably all work for other third rate taxi companies trying to boost there own ratings?? We have used. Bounds for 10years, recently for airport transfers. Never have we had reason to complain. They are punctual, polite and knowledgeable as to best route to take. Not always shortest route but always quickest.. We won, t use any other company although on the rare occasion we have had too, always prefer Bounds.
