Much better than it used to be - good facilities and plenty of waiting areas. Light and airy feeling too.

Doors from the car park haven't worked for months now (it doesn't take MONTHS TO GET THESE FIXED) and today NO ticket machines downstairs were accepting card payments. It's on a downward spiral .Maybe they will ignore all maintenance until the building drops down.

Useless staff at the barriers. The woman with grey hair was very aggressive, and walked away when I tried to talk to her. She was an absolute disgrace. Couldn't believe the way she spoke to people.

Lovely station , but very unhelpful staff at barriers who should really understand the concept of etickets.

Excellent station. The lady on the info desk working the late shift (@9pm 8/8/17) was very helpful. Trains were slightly buggered up but it's the station and service that counts. 😀
