Best taxi firm I've ever used .when I'm in North I allways call sky first..They are always on time never late. The drivers are very respectful and helpful with luggage. The telephone operator can't do enuff to help you. Such a kind guy
Booking admin weren't very clear with what we had agreed, there were no text confirmations, I asked the driver if it would be any more than £10 as that was all I had and he took all of it as he didn't use a meter when really it should have been £8 max and I had to give him directions as we drove because he had no idea where it was. Would not recommend and will not be using them again.
l would just like to write this statement by saying when someone puts them selves out there offering a service to the public they also come under the category when they end up not fulfilling a promise that they say they were going to fufill, as been liable to the public. we booked a cab with this firm to take us to the airport, the cab broke down we end up missing our flight due to this. we had to pay £325 to reschudule another date to cut a long story short. They have avoided everthing to not compensate us. we have called and gone down the office, all they did is give us the run around.
Used this company few times now, always on time or few minutes early. Drivers are always friendly and one even opened my door for me today.
Had a 4am airport booking a month in advance, double checked the day prior and all was meant to be okay. No one turned up and the office line just kept ringing, it was difficult for us to find another taxi available at this time and so missed our flights. We had to pay for new flights due to this. The taxi company admitted liability and just laughed the incident off and told us to sue them over it.
Admittedly I've only ever used this firm when I've been in town and need to get home quickly with the minimum of fuss, but from what I can gather, these lads do a good job and the drivers are always friendly and talkative.
Driver with a vw Passat swore at me and gave me a few nice hand gestures for no reason. Shows the lovely people they have behind the wheel lol
Had an issue with a driver and the owner called in person to apologise and assure will not happen again. Much appreciated.
