BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT USE. Controller refused to send me a car out of spite. At first I Said I would book it and possible callback to cancel. He said he didnt want to risk the cancellation. So I said okay book it I won’t cancel because I’m in desperate need for a cab. I have to get to London as a family member of mine is very ill. I have a train to catch and his continuous refusal although I repeatedly told him I definetly won’t cancel the cab now as you’ve said you don’t want to risk it, meant I missed my train as all other cabs were half an hour wait. He could’ve if just booked the cab but decided to be ignorant. Teach your employees not to take their anger or annoyance about something else out on their customers as this has caused a massive inconvienience and I am needed in London. Would not recommend until they train their staff appropriately or have words with the member of staff I am referring to.

I have used Mayfair whenever I need a cab in Northampton. Always found them reliable, and recommend them.
