phoenix delivered a fantastic service for me and my wife this morning 10th Jan 2022 from the moment you book a car to our pick up in Northampton to London Heathrow it was all spot on. Andy our driver was on time his car was clean and comfortable and the drive was smooth and completely hassle free. If you want to take the stress out of getting to Heathrow this is the taxi firm you should use. You won’t regret it..

I think the the reviewers are confusing Phoenix Cars with Phoenix Class. Phoenix Cars only cover airports and long distances. The drivers are always on time, only charge the quoted price and turn up. People are frequently praising the drivers for being helpful, friendly and polite. Feedback is high by phone, letter and email.
Beautiful cars, pleasant and presentable drivers and operators, always on time if booked in advance. I prefer to pay the little extra every time for their service, I will continue to use them time and again.
Excellent service. Will use again. 1am pickup went flawlessly with the driver turning up a couple of minutes before the expected time. Pickup was within 10 minutes of arrival back in the UK.
Do not use . They are ment to be the premier cab company in Northampton except however they are rude, do not care about customers are always late and full of excuses and have a habit of lying by saying they are there when there not. probally at wrong address they dont care. Also constantly touting for tips they then make up a price on an airport run to one that was origionally quoted and make you feel uncomfortable if you dont pay. Dont bother using you will regret it unless you like being late and made to feel like an idiot.
Excellent company and worth all 5 stars. On time and clean cars, friendly drivers. Meet and greet on return to airport again five stars
Brilliant family run company Do not confuse this company with Phoenix Class. Drivers always arrive on time, very courteous. Always pay the price that is quoted
