Really good service! They're reliable and always punctual. They do meet and greet at the airport so I was able to easily find them and great rates too. Would recommend them!
Used ACE CARS yesterday to get from Northampton to Brixworth. Booked it via telephone on monday. Punctual on arrival and also very quick in picking me up for return since I also had a last minute change in time! Mohamed, my driver for the day, has been very polite and entertaining during the trip. For anyone in need of a Taxi Service in the area for business purposes, I would advise and return myself.
Not sure where the good reviews come from. Tried to book a taxi on line and received no response. Called them to confirm, left a message to call me back, again no response. Phoned again and got an answer by someone who sounded drunk telling me they had no taxis at that time. Wasted over an hour in trying to contact them. Called another company got a taxi straight away from a very pleasant member of staff.
I booked a taxi through Ace Cars and they were friendly and arrived on time. Unfortunately I had to cancel last minute but they were very understanding. I will definitely use them in the future.
DO NOT USE! After booking a taxi via their website, there was no communication or confirmation of booking. After waiting for the taxi to arrive on the booked date and time, we had to call another taxi company as no one from Ace Taxi arrived, despite numerous attempts to call the number given. Luckily the other company, SKYLINE TAXI arrived within minutes and helped us avoid missing a reservation for a birthday meal. ACE TAXI ARE UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT.
I know there is the excuse that "sometimes we are really busy" but Dont answer the phone, i tried maybe 5 times, dont answer emails or whats app, dont respond to online booking, how do you keep going if you continuosly ignore punters, i wont be calling this company again, good luck to you if you do.
Best Taxi service in Northampton - this man has never let me down once.. amazing price - lovely man - highly recommend above all others!
driver overcharged and did not give correct change. Felt a bit ripped off. Get a cost quote before travelling
