Why do they give you such small trays not even enough room for 2 cups of coffee and 2 sandwiches. When asked I got this blank look. Very dirty cups of used coffee and half eaten sandwiches on 6 tables. No one cleaning and 7 people behind the counter. Very poor experience and I think the local manager needs to reflect if he or she is offering a service that reflects the price. Need to step up there game. Visited Saturday 27th January

Starbucks is great and quite a meeting place for business people.it would seem! Great coffee and different milk types for those who can't take dairy.

Dirty, slow and terrible customer awareness. Four items all came out individually with us having to ask for our remaining cake! Is it so hard to get two hot drinks and two cakes on a tray at once rather than two cups and two plates individually. Won't be coming back only came in as Costa was too busy, I can see why with this as the competition!

This place can be very hit or miss, depending on what time you visit. Before and after the lunch time rush, the place would be closer to 4 stars for the quietness and the perfect spots for working on your laptop. At lunchtime, especially on the weekend, it will be one of the most noisiest places around. Which is a shame, as much of the noise is not the fault of the staff. During lunchtimes, the staff can also be very overwhelmed from the number of people (they do work their damn hardest though - I feel sorry for them). Avoid seeking a takeaway treat at this time too, you'll be waiting for a while.

Clean, tidy, Starbucks, what more can I say? Staff were friendly and the coffee is stronger than j remember.
