Staff only care if you buying something forget about a warranty repair. Two phones I have sent off to repair first one got lost second one I was told was bent... Cs did resolve this regional manager doesn't respond to email from his own cs team. Avoid and go through a network provider at least they have a robust repair system and don't act like your trying to cost them money and it's your problem.

Normally have excellent service but yesterday was not one of those times. The young lad that served us gave us the wrong package (I had to phone customer services to reduce the call limit from £50 to £5) as couldn't do it in store. The customer service chappy told me i couldn't reduce it and as it's my daughters phone I should of been offered a "shockproof tariff" and not the "go to tartiff". So now have to go back today and get it all changed over. Grrrr
