Well where to start, these chaps are very welcoming and helpful. 
Firstly as I entered the shop is was greeted with a smile on the owner's face, he was quickeey to ask me if I needed help with anything and in that case I was looking for a particular magazine for my m4. He took his own time to show me different styles and makes of this item.
Secondly he was very helpful in directing me to a fantastic battery in which I needed for a different gun I have got. 
Last but not least the owner had got a great business and not only that he has gained my respect will definitely be popping back in soon.

Always friendly staff, store is currently helping me with my UKARA as a new player. Not a bad thing to say so far :)

I will NOT ever go back to that shop again! Its run by a load of idiot who don't no there ass from ther elbow! I brought 2 guns and both did not work so took them back, I kept getting fobbed of with the engineer is not back yet or the boss as not got a phone,i asked for money back and they said we cant do that as ‘boss not in!! Well i eventually got the 2 guns back and they wanted £28 for looking and mending them! Yea rite’..1 of which does not work but i can not be botherd with the shop to complain as you get no where!! Bad shop!!

Incredibly friendly service and they give you solid advice to help you out without any hard selling. A testament to the sport and an example other shops should learn from :)
