Staff weren’t too helpful. I had a return as Pandora sent me the wrong item. It clearly states to exchange too but they wanted nothing to do with it. Disappointing
I always cry when I walk in here with my other half as she seems to want almost everything she lays eyes on. The staff are super friendly and the shop always seems so clean and safe. Really good job, keep up the good work :

Small shop and didn't have get a couple of the charms I was going to buy, so I will have to get on line . Staff were really nice and very apologetic
Sorry but I'm not happy with my recent experience shopping here. Had some earrings for my birthday to find it's an odd pair. I'd have checked myself but you cant touch anything and you trust them. Not the service you expect really. Disappointed can't wear them and not the friendliest service either
Personally I believe this shop is not worth even 1 star. I went in this afternoon looking to purchase a ring, one of the colleagues was free so I approached her asking for assistance. I had been browsing for around 5 minutes. I knew exactly what I wanted. Another lady walked in a few minutes after me, once i asked the assistant for help she brushed me off saying she needed to help the other customer. I feel as though she did this as I was a student and she was not interested in helping me.This is not good enough
Two knowledgeable girls that answered my question to my enquiry. Due to current situation I can not wear my pandora bracelets in the work place. When I went to put them back on after a long period they went black and looked rusty. I through they were ruined until i was advised to by the jewellery care kit. Absolutely amazing. Thank you so much.
