Have tried phoning several times. Kept waiting and then cut off with a call back later. Lets see how I get on in-store tomorrow. Purchased a 3 bay curtain pole . Does not work at all. Have paid to have it fitted Watch this space.

Revamped store and tills single queueing is better. Better choice of goods now throughout the store and seems to be better value for money too. Would recommend highly.

Ordered 4 stools on-line for collection as no home delivery. 1 was ex-display - which they considered reasonable even though aged and marked. Neither customer or staff can order more, or even say if stock will come in at all never mind when. So stuck with 3 or 3 plus inferior one. Called Stafford branch several times, go into queue and then after several minutes, message says they are busy try later! Rang Customer Services - no help, no apology for wasting time, wouldn't make one call that could have resolved everything. Member of branch staff sympathised explained that they have exactly the same restrictions ringing and ordering. Shocking service. Not heard from store manager following email request.
